Methods of shipping
UPS® is our major carrier and we ship via UPS® Ground Commercial and Residential or UPS® Express Next Day Air ans
2nd Day Air. Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together. Product availability and pricing are
subject to change without further notice. Delivery charges are based on UPS® Quick Cost Calculator on UPS's web site.
Occasionally it will be necessary to ship items from one of our store locations. This may cause a delay in the shipping of
part of your order. We will notify you of the items(s) that may be affected. Also, please note, depending on the size of
the item ordered and the number of pieced requested all items ordered may not arrive in the same box or on the same
day.
Shipping locations
We currently ship to all U.S. Residential and business addresses in all 50 states.

What if shipping rate is not added to your order?
There may be a problem in using the UPS cost calculator that UPS's web site may be down or unreachable. If this
happens, customers placing orders will wait for up to 60 seconds while the system tries to contact UPS. If the site cannot
be contacted at all, shipping will not be calculated, but it will still allow you to place the order. In this situation the
shipping charge will be added to your invoice and you'll receive it with your order. If you want to know the cost of
shipping sooner please, contact us and we will answer all your questions.
Shipping methods for backordered items
If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be appropriately adjusted and charged
as the merchandise is shipped. Please note total shipping and handling charges will not increase.
Sales Tax Policy
Because we do business in all 50 States, we are required by law to collect all state and local sales taxes based on the
destination of the order. The Tax Moratorium only provides that no new taxes can be applied to the Internet itself and
charges for Internet services, such as access charges. Many states also tax the delivery charge you pay on orders sent
to your home.
